This Bridleway starts north of Springhead and proceeds west to join the Shute Road at Mount Hungary.

As with Bridleway 17, starting from The Hill in the village, walk along Springhead Lane. At the end of the lane, turn right to go up Soggy Lane. Bridleway 20 continues on from Soggy Lane from a wooden finger post marker.

The path proceeds gently uphill through the woods, reaching Shute Road. It can be a bit muddy at times but is an unspoilt path.

At Shute Road, if you turn right the road will bring you back into the village. If you turn left, it will lead to the permitted path through the woods at Mount Hungary and then can link with Bridleway 17.
