A BATTLE to install wind turbines and solar panels at Hills Farm, Whitford Road, Kilmington,has been lost.
East Devon District Council refused to grant planning permission to Mr S. Littley, but he lodges an appeal.
However, a Department 0f the Environment inspector has dismissed the appeal.
