Roy, Stuart, Alastair and family wish to thank all our many friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy and support at the loss of dear Merise, and to thank everyone who attended the Funeral Service conducted by the Rev’d Alastair McCollum. Grateful thanks also to all the doctors and medical staff who cared for her during her stays in hospital, and to the Devon Doctors on Call who turned out at any hour of the night to relieve her of pain and anxiety. Thanks also to J F Clarke and Sons who took on the arrangements for the funeral and the collection of donations for onward transmission to Cancer Research UK, and also to the ladies who so ably arranged the light refreshments in the Village Hall.
