home   post-script

Post-script magazine was founded in 1997 by Jan Elliott and has been an integral part of Kilmington village ever since. It has had six editors in that time and is wholly financed by donations and advertising. 450 copies are produced every month (except January & August) and distributed free to every household in Kilmington by a team of volunteers.  Spare copies are available from Hurfords Stores and Millers Farm Shop.
Its aims are:

To inform the village of forthcoming events

To provide parishioners with an opportunity to write about topics that may be of interest to the village

To allow the Parish Council, the churches and other organisations to communicate with the village

To include amusing anecdotes, illustrations to accompany articles, light-hearted jokes, spoofs (in particular on April Fool's Day) and photographs of village functions.

To allow village organisations, groups and clubs to advertise, inform and ask for support

To provide a handy reference for dates and contacts
This edition of Post-script should open in Adobe Reader - if unavailable please download by clicking here.

POLICY: It is not our intention to embarrass or upset anyone. If you find a picture or article on this site that you want removed, please send an e-mail to the webmaster and it will be dealt with promptly.
