The Parish of Kilmington - first written by Ben Cudmore to mark the Centenary of Parish Councils.  It was revised and brought up to date in 2001 and subsequent revisions on this web site were made by Bill Kerslake.

A Brief History of Kilmington written by Major-General G.M. Elliot C.B., C.B.E.,D.S.O., D.L.
This book is sadly out of print but is reproduced here by kind permission of Mr W Kerslake who lent his copy.

Post-script Magazine produced monthly except for August and January and Post-script Archives giving a flavour of the village in times past.
