The Parish Council meet regularly every month during the year and at these meetings will discuss and consider any planning applications received from the Planning Authority since the last meeting. The applications to be considered will shown on the Meeting Agendas which are published on this website and on the Noticeboard. This website contains a Planning Applications direct link to EDDC where all planning applications for Kilmington Parish may be viewed.
The Parish Council meetings includes at the start of the meeting a 15 minute Open Session where any member of the public may speak for up to three minutes. It provides an opportunity for members of the public (who are not usually permitted to speak during the council meeting, other than by special invitation of the Chair to participate before the meeting) by asking questions, highlighting matters of concern or making representations regarding Kilmington Parish or any item which is on the agenda.
If members of the public wish to let the Parish Council know of any views they may have on a planning application to be considered by the Council, they may attend the meeting and speak during the open session.
Please note that the Parish Council do advise that if you wish to comment on a planning application that you submit your comments directly to to the East Devon District Council Planning Department.
